Sailing paper boats

Today, the girls and i made some paper boats. They coloured in two pieces of card each and then i folded them into the boats. We took some cooked pizza up to the lake and the girls paddled in with their boats. It's evenings like this that make me really happy. It would have been better if Gilles was here to come as well but we have the whole summer ahead and i just know we will be doing this a lot. I have so many wonderful days and evenings planned for us all before Elle starts at school.

  6. Your girls and their curls just make me melt. So beautiful. And I love how they always look like really traditional little girls in their dresses with their loose locks and hats.
What a lovely way to spend an evening, eating pizza and playing in the water. Idyllic. x
