Spring wishlist

I am a dress lover. You will always find me in dresses and until a few months ago, when my husband bought me some skinny jeans for the school run, i didn't even own any trousers. Of course, i wear the jeans under my dresses. Not only am i a dress lover, but i am an adventure lover and my poor cream winter tailored coat has turned a slight shade of "beige".

I have struggled in the past to find a coat that compliments my style. I own one coat and then as the weather warms up, and i get too warm in my winter coat, i tend to wear chunky knit cardigans and end up being cold. Finding a coat that is practical, stylish and that i can wear over my dresses for the spring months seems an impossible task but i have recently come across the beautiful women's tweed blazers at Joules.com. They are timeless, classic and suit any style. I defiantly have one on my wishlist for this spring. On my list is also a few more lace dresses, some vintage brogues and many more flower crowns. What would be on your spring wish list?

  3. I'm the complete opposite and haven't worn a dress for years. I do own some somewhere, perhaps it time to brave it and dig them out!

  4. That is one pretty dress although due to my height (or rather lack of!) I struggle to find dresses to fit me properly. I do want a nice blazer for spring and I adore the Joules collection; shame my bank balance doesn't! ;-)

  5. That dress and jacket are both very pretty. I am the same when the weather gets a little warmer-it is so hard to know what to wear to not feel too hot or too cold.

  11. I only own one coat too, so a light jacket is on my list. I am toying with the idea of making a hacking jacket but don't think I'm quite up to it!

  15. I'm exactly the same with coats. I much rather wear dresses as well but with two toddlers seem to live in leggings!

  18. Some lovely soft leather brogues are definitely on my wishlist for this year :) the lace dress is lovely - it looks exactly like one I bought in the River Island sale last year and am yet to wear! I agree with you on the Joules blazers, a classic piece x

  19. Gorgeous things there including that fabulous jacket, what a great find. Love the dress though too. Was so nice wearing dresses in the Summer. Was loving maxi dresses until one got sucked into an escalator at Marble Arch - so embarrassing but luckily I was rescued!
