Friday, i'm in love
I love Belle and Boo and i am so excited about their new apron! We love baking and this is on our wish list.
If you are a long time reader of my blog, you will know that Mia has a condition where she cannot control her body temperature. I have wanted to take Mia swimming for ages but last time i took her, the water made her body turn purple because of the temperature drop and i haven't taken her back since. I have come across the warma wetsuit from the website Konfidence. The suit keeps a child warm when they are in a chilly pool and is perfect for Mia. It is such a clever idea and i wish i had found it sooner!
My lovely blog friend, Fritha from Tigerlillyquinn, is having a little sale on her online store! The girls both own a flower press each from the site and love them.
I completely love these storage baskets from Sisters guild. Such a brilliant idea to store away toys.
I have recently come across the website the french bedroom company and my wish list is getting longer and longer everytime i go on the site. I love that style of furniture, along with a shabby chic style also. I would love to get this room spray. I have been searching for a scent like this for a while with a honey undertone but haven't really managed to find one.
At the end of June, it is my husbands and i 7 year wedding anniversary. I cannot believe we have been married for that long! I was only 20 when we got married, and thinking back now, i was so so young but i am very happy and i love him more now than i did then. Cheesy i know, but it is true! I am hoping to save some pennies to get him a special something but we don't normally spend out on each other and instead we go for a meal or have a nice day out, but if we had all the money in the world and i could dream really big i would completely love this antique brooch from George Pragnell or this beautiful necklace from Market cross jewellers. I was so lucky because for our 5th wedding anniversary, he gave me an eternity ring. My engagement ring and wedding ring were his grandmother's and then the eternity ring was the third ring from her set so it is such a honour wearing them and i treasure them everyday.
Have a lovely friday everyone. Today, i am spending the day with my sister :)

Lovely pos - I hope the Konfidence suit helps. My kids have autonomic dysfunction and Reynaud's Disease so I know exactly what you mean. We swim in a heated pool in the local Special Needs school as it's much warmer.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your anniversary, have a lovely day!
ReplyDeleteYou have some lovely finds there. You've brought back some great memories for me mentioning the flower press, I used to love using my flower press as a girl. Enjoy your wedding anniversary! 17 years is wonderful!
ReplyDeleteThat wetsuit sounds like a great idea. My daughter often gets cold in the pool and this would really help. Will have to have a look into it.
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely anniversary - whatever you decide to do, it'll be perfect because you are together ♥ I can be cheesy too! x
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about not doing much for an anniversary - we never usually have any money either, and if we do, tend to spend it on a day for us and the kiddos! Love the Belle and Boo apron, I've been looking for one for Daisy, so might have to invest!
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary! We often opt to go out and do something instead of gifts - making memories is as precious as any bauble!
ReplyDeleteFriday I'm in love too and now singing the cure! Off to browse your links and I am so glad you found a solution for the swimming issue
