I have spoken previously about C.P.Hart and my love for their bathrooms and they have just launched a new website. Within the website you can click the heart on any product you like and it moves it into your very own moodboard collection. I had great fun with this feature and it is such a great way to shop because you can select any product you want to create your board without having to go back through pages. All of your favourite products end up in your moodboard so you can start to see how things will look together. You can delete anything you prefer not to have in your board very easily too. The whole website is so user friendly and designed to help the customer have the best shopping experience. As well as the product pages, there is an inspiration page as well as a live chat function which allows you to speak live to a bathroom expert. The product pages are easy to navigate. You can select the product type such as basins or baths and then it offers you a variety of different options of products to click through onto such as washbowls or corner basins. You can find exactly what you want quick and hassle free.
The inspiration page has so many great features. My favourite section is the style finder which shows your galleries of finished bathrooms so you can find your perfect style and also see how different products compliment each other. In this section you will also find the blog, further information about the brands and then helpful articles on installations and the buying guide.
When you first go onto the website, there are actually two options to the site. You can stay on the main site as a consumer or you can select the trade section which allows trade people to store their favourite products, address and access a full trade account with discounts and further support. Again, this is showcasing how user friendly and helpful the site actually is. I have had a go at putting together my own mood board which i managed to do so quickly. I just searched through the products, clicked on the heart next to the product and it was automatically in my moodboard waiting for me to see. This is my dream bathroom and i cannot wait until i am one day able to have that roll top bath!
