2018 recap - Marriage and Life

I wanted to share a little write up and recap of my last year. It didn't start out well as I came into 2018 extremely poorly with a Mental Health illness. As the year progressed, I recovered and found a whole new amazing lust for life. I can honestly say that I have entered 2019 the happiest that I have been and I am so excited to see what this year holds for me.

I didn't share as much as year on my blog to what I would have hoped but I still love going back through and seeing what we did.

January - I shared our decorating a lonely tree post a little late and I managed to go out with the girls to the orangery and gardens

February - I shared what I love about myself

March - I wrote about my love for waterfalls

April - We went on a snowdrop adventure/ We smelt the beautiful camellias in the orangery/ I shared about my illness

May - I filmed my first proper brand film in our favourite wood garden/ The girls played on the swing at gardens/ I wrote about launching my new vintage shop/ We visited hidcote manor

June - We visited the David Austen Rose gardens/ Elle did a little evening photoshoot of me/ We had our 11 year wedding anniversary

July - We went to the flower confetti fields/ A beautiful day in the gardens/

August - I dried flowers/ I shared how i display flowers around my home/ we went to the Chelsea Psychic gardens/ we went to Snowshill/

September - We found sunflower fields/ we went on an autumn forest walk

October - We went pumpkin picking

November - We went to the Cotswolds for a roadtrip

December - We decorated a lonely tree/ then another one

What started out as a really awful and bleak time for me that nearly cost me my life, it has bought out a more magical time for me where I am happy and strong. I nearly lost my family and started counseling,  but came out the other side a new and better person. It did bring such happy memories and adventures though and, for that, I shall be grateful.
